🌟 Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Game Producer to join our team and play a crucial role in the development of our exciting Metaverse 3D Virtual World project. As a Game Producer, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire game development process, managing resources, coordinating with outsourcing game studios, and selecting the appropriate technology stack. Your main objective will be to ensure the successful delivery of a high-quality product that meets the expectations of our audience.
💼 Duties and Responsibilities
Lead the ideation stage, researching market trends to identify potential game mechanics and working collaboratively with the team to develop an initial, compelling concept for the Metaverse 3D Virtual World.
Create a comprehensive development plan that includes timelines, budgets, resources, and specific milestones. Coordinate with team members to ensure progress is being made according to this plan.
Supervise and coordinate a diverse team of programmers, designers, artists, and writers, fostering a cohesive environment where creativity and productivity flourish.
Efficiently manage and allocate resources necessary for project completion. This includes maintaining regular contact with outsourcing game studios, identifying suitable resources as per project requirements, and scheduling tasks or services needed.
Select the appropriate technology stack for the project, including Unreal Engine, Unity, Three.js, WebGL, and mobile platforms such as iOS and Android. Additionally, maintain a deep understanding of AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud infrastructure and backend development.
Maintain and manage the project budget, ensuring optimal allocation and use of resources to prevent wastage or overspending.
Implement rigorous quality control measures and assurance processes during game creation, ensuring all bugs and glitches are detected and fixed ahead of the game's release.
Develop and execute a robust marketing plan for the game to ensure it reaches the intended audience. This plan may include attendance at trade shows, the creation of promotional materials, and continuous market analysis.
Handle negotiation of contracts with external partners and ensure the game is in compliance with all legal and contractual requirements. Identify strategic partnerships and opportunities for business growth and expansion.
Regularly communicate with internal and external stakeholders about project status, known issues, planned updates, and progress towards goals.
Identify potential project risks and implement strategies to mitigate them, including delays, budget overruns, and any other potential obstacles that may impede the project's success.
🛡️ Mandatory Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Game Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience in game production with a focus on 3D virtual environments.
Strong experience with Unreal Engine, Unity, Three.js, WebGL, and mobile platforms (iOS, Android).
Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services) for cloud infrastructure and backend development.
Excellent team management, planning, and coordination skills.
Exceptional budget management skills.

Master's degree in a related field.
Experience in Metaverse Virtual World development.
AI knowledge, including NPC (Non-Player Characters), ChatGPT for conversational AI, and procedural or generative AI methodologies to maximize immersive user interaction
