From our origins in gaming to leading the 3D internet, our goal has always been to build tools for creators to better create and monetize virtual worlds. We started with in-game ads under the name Admix in 2018, and quickly pioneered a new way for creators to make money - by selling valuable ‘real estate’ in their games.

Today, we believe that gaming technologies - specifically, real time 3D - are becoming the fabric of a richer, 3D internet. Coupled with blockchain technologies, this creates the opportunity to build a richer and fairer internet. Landvault is building the tech stack creators need to build and monetize this new version of the internet - the biggest revolution it has seen since its inception.

In 2013, then 23 years old Sam Huber was looking for ideas to build his own app. In his research, he found that most downloaded and grossing apps were casual games. Convinced this was the next big opportunity in the AppStore, he quit a high profile job with Mercedes FormulaOne to launch his own casual gaming studio.
When attempting to monetize his most successful game (10,000 DAU) a couple years later, Sam was shocked at the lack of tools available for game creators. Most were full screen interstitial videos ads, that create a terrible user experience by interrupting the game. Eventually, Sam saw an opportunity in building more creator friendly tools, and an additional revenue stream for game developers.
