🌟 Job overview
We are seeking a highly dynamic and experienced Head of Marketing to join Landvault and lead the marketing efforts for our web3 protocol, Matera. Along with ~$40M of funding for Landvault, we have recently secured further funding to propel Matera and grow it into a household name in the web3 industry. As the Head of Marketing, you will be responsible for taking the protocol to market and leading the marketing activities to take Matera from testnet to CEX listing and beyond. This is a both strategic and hands-on role where you will lead and execute campaigns that drive growth and adoption of Matera technology.
💼 Responsibilities
Develop marketing strategy for the public launch of Matera protocol and token
Create, lead, and optimize campaigns to increase brand awareness of Matera among developers, builders and the web3 community'
support in developing and executing exchange listing strategies.
Take ownership of the product marketing and communication strategies
Identify partnerships and opportunities that provide growth for Matera protocol
Gain a technical understanding of the technology and effectively communicate features across channels
Work closely with the product department to launch Matera applications
Build and execute a go-to-market and ecosystem development plan
Manage both internal teams external suppliers to deliver campaigns on time and budget
Hire your team
Implement community growth strategies and bring new project followers, users, builders and investors
🛡️ Experience you’ll have
8+ years of experience working as a Head of Marketing or in a Senior marketing role
Experience in DeFi, DeSo, creator economy or adjacent vertical
Proven experience growing a brand, project or network in the web3 space
Proven track record in launching a token or web3 project to the public
A clear communicator and problem-solver
A get-things-done attitude
An organized self-starter that can operate in a fast-paced and ever-changing startup environment
Demonstrated ability as both a strategic leader as well as an effective hands-on contributor
Fluency in English
